Membership fees contribute to the maintenance of the Global Brahmin Registry and digital archival costs. Regarding these fees:
- Verification Period: If a membership application is rejected by the Secretariat due to failure in lineage authentication, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- Active Membership: Once a profile is verified and active in the directory, membership fees are non-refundable as the archival services are considered rendered.
- Cancellations: Members may cancel their subscription at any time; however, no pro-rata refunds will be provided for the remaining term of the annual membership.
Donations made to specific causes (e.g., Manuscript Digitization, Veda Pathshala Support) are vital for our mission. Our policy is as follows:
- Finality of Donation: All voluntary donations are final and non-refundable once the transaction is successful.
- Erroneous Transactions: In the event of a technical error (e.g., double debit), donors must report the discrepancy to treasury@royalbrahmin.com within 48 hours for a reversal.
For digitized scrolls, research papers, or Sanskrit learning modules purchased through the portal:
- Digital Access: Due to the nature of digital assets, refunds are not provided once access to the resource has been granted or the file has been downloaded.
- Technical Issues: If a digital file is corrupted or inaccessible, the Secretariat will provide a replacement link or alternative format upon verification.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment (Bank Account, Credit Card, or Digital Wallet). Please note that processing times may vary based on the financial institution but typically range between 5 to 14 business days.
