Statutes of the Royal Brahmin Secretariat

Promulgated & Verified: May 2026
"By accessing this digital registry, you agree to uphold the integrity of the Brahminical legacy and adhere to the ethical standards of the Royal Brahmin Foundation."
1. Acceptance of Statutes

Welcome to the Royal Brahmin Portal. By utilizing our digital archive, community registry, and scholarly resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these statutes, you must cease all access to the Secretariat’s digital assets immediately.

2. Membership & Eligibility

The Member Registry is primarily intended for individuals of Brahmin lineage or verified Vedic scholars. To maintain the sanctity of the registry, we require:

  • Submission of accurate personal and genealogical data.
  • Provision of a valid Gotra and Veda affiliation for verified status.
  • Commitment to Dharmic conduct within the community forums and discussions.
3. Integrity of Lineage Data

Users are solely responsible for the family tree (Pidi) and historical data they contribute. The Secretariat reserves the right to:

  • Request verification of genealogical claims via ancestral manuscripts or community witnesses.
  • Remove or redact entries found to be intentionally fraudulent or historically inaccurate.
  • Correct phonetics and Sanskrit transliterations according to classical standards.
4. Intellectual Property

All digitized manuscripts, scholarly articles, and Vedic research published on this portal are the intellectual property of the Royal Brahmin Secretariat or the respective authors. Users may not:

  • Reproduce or redistribute archival scrolls for commercial purposes without explicit written authorization.
  • Scrape or data-mine the Member Registry for external databases.
  • Claim ownership of community-mapped historical provinces.
5. Code of Conduct

As a community founded on wisdom and integrity, we strictly prohibit any behavior that disparages the Vedic tradition, promotes internal sectarian division, or involves the dissemination of hate speech. Violation of this code will lead to immediate and permanent expulsion from the Foundation.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for absolute historical accuracy, the Royal Brahmin Secretariat does not guarantee the complete precision of every community-submitted record. Access to the digital library is provided "as-is," and we are not liable for any spiritual or material interpretations arising from the use of our archives.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Bharat. Any disputes arising from the usage of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi (Kashi).
